As your Lovebird Celebrant, I'm dedicated to crafting beautiful ceremonies that reflect your unique love story. But I know planning a wedding can be a total whirlwind! That’s why I offer on-the-day management for your wedding or vow renewal day.
Sometimes called a wedding day manager, or a master of ceremonies, I’ll be your personal fairy godmother for the big day, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
From the moment your guests arrive to the final dance, I'll be your confident and experienced host. I'll handle everything from grand entrances to heartfelt speeches, ensuring your day flows seamlessly.
Imagine having someone to handle all the little details, so you can focus on having fun and soaking up every moment.
From wrangling the guests to making sure the champagne is chilled, I’ve got you covered.
I can be behind the scenes, or visible with my clipboard - I’ll be the person you can rely on to make your big day as magical as it deserves to be!

Once we have the ceremony nailed let's get planning! We'll schedule a relaxed meeting (in person or virtual) to discuss your vision, create a detailed timeline, and address any concerns.

I'll be your go-to person for all things supplier-related on the day. From sharing the schedule to acting as a liaison, I'll ensure everything runs smoothly. You can rely on me to get the details right.

On-the-day magic
I will be your rock on the big day. From setup to send-off, I'll handle the details so you can enjoy every moment. I want you to just enjoy the day and know I’m there if you need me.

I'll be your confident host, guiding your guests through the day with ease and style. I can introduce the speeches, cake cutting and your first dance!

Accidents happen, but I'm prepared! My emergency kit includes essentials to handle any unexpected challenges.

On the day organiser fees

If I'm your wedding or vow renewal celebrant, you can pay a top of fee of £300 and get me for the whole day.
If I'm not your celebrant but you would still like an on the day event manager, my fees are £850 and you can have me from dawn til dusk!

If I'm your wedding or vow renewal celebrant, you can pay a top of fee of £300 and get me for the whole day.

My first visit is included as part of your celebrant fee or if I'm not doing your ceremony, then your first visit is also included.
If we need more, it's 45p per extra mile (from my home base in S25).
Overnight stays: If your wedding takes me further afield, I'll discuss any overnight accommodation costs upfront.

I live just off Junction 31 of the M1, so it’s easy for me to reach North Yorkshire to Leicestershire within an hour. But the first wedding I officiated was in Tunisia – so don’t let distance stop you contacting me!

I’m available through the week and at weekends – simply fill in my Lovebird diary request for a chat and I can let you know if I’m available for your big day (no obligation).

Yes, the first consultation is a no obligation chat by phone or video call. Pick a time on my Lovebird diary request and you can see if I’m the right celebrant/organiser for you. Once you have decided that I’m for you, I block out your big day in my calendar. There is a £250 deposit. Then we meet and the magic happens!

Sometimes the unexpected happens and your big day needs to move or is cancelled. If it is more than 6 months away, I’ll refund your deposit. Any sooner and it is unrefundable as I may not be able to fill your day.

As your on the day organiser, we should have a rehearsal. If you are within an hours drive of my house at J31 of the M1, I'll make it happen. It's really important that I get all the details of what you want and how you would like your big day to happen.

Yes, I have some great companies that I’ve worked with, from extraordinary botanical wedding cakes to the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen. There are so many choices you need to make, so if I can help find what you are looking for, I’ll do that.
